At the heart of Face Care is phase change material (PCM). It absorbs heat from warmer skin as it changes phase, creating passive cooling without batteries or an electrical cooling unit.

The essentials before you join the launch.
What exactly is Face Care?
Face Care is a reusable, wearable device for face-temperature care. Its phase change material (PCM) absorbs heat during use. Cooling is passive and silent: no electricity, battery, charging or LED light is used.
What temperatures is it designed for?
The device is designed around a 20°C temperature target and a 31°C skin-temperature target. Prepared PCM absorbs heat from warmer skin as it changes phase.
How do I cool it before wearing?
For initial preparation, cool the device in its case in the freezer for 1–1.5 hours. For repeat preparation in an already chilled case, allow about 10 minutes to re-cool. After removing the case from the freezer, open the lid and allow 5–10 minutes at room temperature before wearing the device. Do not put it on immediately after freezing.
How long should a session last?
Wear it for 10–20 minutes, once or twice a day, as the temperature-care step before your usual skincare. No serum or cream is needed for the device itself; remove it, then continue your routine. Cooling lasts about 15–20 minutes depending on preparation, fit and the indoor environment. Actual timing and comfort vary.
How do I clean and store it?
Rinse and wash the device after use, then let it dry completely before returning it to the case. Use the aluminium case for cooling and storage; the closed case helps limit freezer-odour transfer. Follow the product guide for cleaning and storage, and prepare it again before the next session.
What is it made of, and how does it fit?
The skin-contact material is polyurethane (PU). Contoured 3D cells of different heights are designed to follow the face. The device measures approximately 19 × 15 cm, with a ±3% size tolerance; fit varies with face shape. Face Care is made in Korea.
What has product testing reported?
Testing reported by KC Skin Clinical Research Center showed a 5.87% increase in skin moisture, approximately 30% lower pore oil and approximately 16.7% lower cheek volume under the reported test conditions. These measured outcomes are not guaranteed for every user. Individual skin conditions, preparation and use can affect results.
